Bookings & Customer Service Lead (Spektrix, Remote)

Discover is seeking a Bookings Officer to oversee the organisation’s booking function, using Spektrix CRM. You’ll set up events, answer calls and emails, and take bookings from families and schools with support from Operations and Audiences teams.
