China Daily was a frequent winner at the most recent “Hong Kong News Awards” organized by the Newspaper Society of Hong Kong. Since 2010, The Hong Kong Edition has been honored every year at the “Hong Kong News Awards”, winning a current total of 153awards.
In order to manage the development and its integrated revenue growth across China Daily media products, we are now looking for qualified candidates in Hong Kong to fill the following position:
Social Media Video Editor
Responsibilities:
- Plan and produce original video works.
- Maintain and daily update the company’s 7 official social media account pages
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in communications, journalism or related disciplines from a reputable university
- 1-2 years’ experience in video editing, project planning is preferably. Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- A good team player, proactive and with pleasant personality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Creative, target-oriented and detail-minded
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong planning and organizing capabilities and good time management
