Pupil Premium Attendance Officer — Flexible Terms

Sedgehill Academy is seeking a dedicated Pupil Premium Attendance Officer to join the attendance team. You will manage a caseload of pupil premium students, work with senior leaders and families to remove attendance barriers, and implement targeted interventions to improve attendance.

You will monitor and report on intervention outcomes, conduct regular attendance checks, and support the wider attendance team as required. This is a term-time, fixed-term post funded to July 2027.
