We’re partnering with an established and growing creative agency in Birmingham who are on the hunt for a talented Mid-weight Digital Designer to join their team. If you love variety, thrive in a collaborative environment and want a role where your work genuinely makes an impact – this could be the one.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating high-quality digital and print design work across a diverse range of clients and briefs
• Producing brand assets, marketing collateral, social content, web visuals and campaign materials
• Collaborating with a close-knit creative team to deliver standout work
• Managing multiple projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience at midweight designer level
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign essential
• Figma experience is a bonus
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative range
• Agency experience preferred but not essential
• Proactive, collaborative and passionate about great design
