The Connection at St Martin’s is hiring a Database & Insights Officer in London. You will manage the fundraising CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT), turning data into actionable insights to strengthen supporter relationships and inform decision making.
This hands-on role partners with Fundraising, Communications and Finance to improve data quality, run reports and deliver dashboards that drive fundraising impact. 2-year fixed term contract with hybrid working.
