Learning Support Assistant — Complex Care

Navigators is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (Complex Care) to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to students with ASD, global delay, and sensory needs in an Alternative Provision setting, helping them access the curriculum and develop independence.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, assist with personal care and medical routines, and implement communication strategies such as Makaton and PECS to promote engagement, resilience, and well-being.
