Part-Time Retail Supervisor — Shop Floor Leader

Naylor’s Equestrian LLP in Harrow is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help run the shop floor and maintain high service standards. You will support colleagues during shifts, ensure presentation aligns with brand expectations, and assist with opening/closing procedures and till operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, product placement, and maintaining a well-presented, efficient store environment. Prior supervisory experience in retail is preferred.
