Member Support Specialist – Elevate Member Experience

David Lloyd Clubs Nottingham is seeking a Customer-Focused Member Support Advisor to join our team. You will handle member queries across chat, telephone and email, processing requests accurately and delivering excellent service from our Nottingham Membership Hub.
