Store Duty Manager: Lead Team, Drive Sales

Iceland Foods Ltd in Brentwood is recruiting a Duty Manager to join our retail team on a part-time basis. You will work as a Retail Assistant with a £2 per hour supplement when you manage shifts, and you will focus on delivering great customer availability and store standards.

Key responsibilities include leading the team, driving sales, following cash handling policies, and supporting a positive, inclusive store culture. Previous retail supervisory experience is welcome but not essential.
