Fan Support Specialist (Fixed-Term)

Liverpool FC is seeking a Supporter Services Specialist to join our team at Anfield Stadium on a fixed-term contract. You will manage inbound and outbound fan contacts, resolve complaints and queries, and deliver consistently excellent service across phone, email, web chat and face-to-face interactions.

You will work as part of the Supporter Services team, recording contact reasons, promoting club services, and upholding data security and brand standards.
