Store Sales & Service Leader — Coach, Drive Targets

Clarks is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to support Store Manager in running all aspects of the store and to lead the sales team to hit commercial targets. Deputising in the Store Manager’s absence when needed, you’ll drive customer service excellence and store standards.

You will coach and develop the team, supervise floor operations, and use CSAT data to drive improvements while maintaining a welcoming store environment.
