Field Sales Executive: Broadband & Uncapped Commission

• Going door to door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• Managing your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
• Driving performance by hitting and exceeding targets consistently.
• Building relationships with the local community and internally with the team.
• Being open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach., A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.You’ve got sales experience in spades, you’re confident, ambitious and hungry to earn., Being driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• Solid sales experience ideally in a face to face role and the ability to engage people and get that yes.
• Friendly, confident and enjoying real conversations.
• Thriving on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.A basic salary of £25,000 + uncapped commission with an OTE of £50K.
