Support Worker — Community Care (Hybrid)

Wiltshire Council is recruiting for a role at Meadow Lodge to support customers with short breaks from the family home, helping them participate in meaningful activities and maximise independence.

You will be employed with a 37-hour week, a rolling advert process, and on-site requirements with a vehicle. A 26-week probationary period will include regular meetings to monitor progress and training opportunities.
