About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Industrial Engineering Manager to lead their dedicated team and strategic initiatives in East London . You will be responsible for setting departmental goals, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with senior leadership to align industrial engineering efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of industrial and process engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction across all manufacturing operations in East London .
• Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of new production processes, technologies, and equipment.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the industrial engineering department and overall operations.
• Collaborate with senior management, supply chain, and other departments to ensure alignment of industrial engineering strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
