Lead Sous Chef – 4-Day Week + Profit Share

Boat and Horses in Chadderton, part of JW Lees, is looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. This 40-hour week runs over 4 days, with £14.50 per hour plus tips and a bonus. A minimum of 2 years’ Sous Chef experience is essential.

You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, support menu development and stock management, mentor junior staff, and help the team maintain 5-star food quality and compliance across shifts at JW Lees pubs.
