Technical Business Analyst – Case Management Project – Central Government – Active SC Clearance Required – Outside IR35 – Initially until March 27 – £500-£600 a day – London/ Hybrid
We are looking to engage an experienced Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience delivering case management transformation within a regulatory environment.
The engagement will build on existing and emerging capabilities, including:
- RelativityOne and eDiscovery capabilities
- eConfidentiality tooling
- AI-enabled evidence review
- Structured document drafting
- Workflow automation
- Data science and analytical pipelines
The team will assess the current case delivery model and identify the most significant opportunities for redesign across people, process, data, technology and governance.
Key objectives will be to:
- 1. Diagnose the current state
- o Identify operational, process and technology pain points.
- o Assess duplication, manual intervention, control gaps and opportunities for standardisation.
- o Understand dependencies between people, processes, data, technology and governance.
- 2. Define the future state
- o Develop a credible future-state blueprint for case delivery.
- o Establish how emerging technologies and automation should be incorporated into the operating model.
- o Ensure the future state preserves legal robustness, evidential integrity, auditability and appropriate human judgement.
- 3. Identify and deliver quick wins
- o Identify targeted improvements that can be progressed during the engagement.
- o Prioritise opportunities according to value, feasibility, risk and dependencies.
- o Ensure changes do not introduce undue risk to live regulatory case delivery.
- 4. Develop the implementation roadmap
- o Produce a transition roadmap from current to future state.
- o Develop an implementation case and dependency view.
- o Establish a prioritised opportunity backlog.
- o Maintain a structured risk, assumption and dependency log.
- 5. Build organisational capability
- o Pair external specialists with internal colleagues throughout the sprint.
- o Transfer knowledge, methods and practical delivery experience.
- o Capture lessons learned and reusable approaches.
- o Identify opportunities to scale successful patterns across other case types and common horizontal processes.
