About the role

Twin Group is looking for an exceptional Head of Delivery – Employability to lead a major employment and skills contract, driving outstanding outcomes for participants, employers, commissioners, and delivery partners.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll:

  • Lead a high-performing delivery team and supply chain partners
  • Drive contractual performance, quality, compliance, and participant outcomes
  • Build influential relationships with commissioners, local authorities, employers, and key stakeholders
  • Use performance data and insight to deliver continuous improvement
  • Support growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening strategic partnerships

We’re looking for someone with significant experience leading employment, skills, training, or other performance-driven public service programmes, combined with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and contract performance expertise.
