If you’re an experienced Data & AI leader looking for more than simply delivering technology projects, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.

Our client is a globally recognised organisation with a major focus on Data, AI and digital transformation. Helping organisations move beyond experimentation and successfully embed AI into the way they operate, make decisions and create value.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them understand where AI can add value, what capabilities they need to build and how to successfully move from experimentation into sustainable, enterprise-wide adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Work with senior business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, developing strategic recommendations and implementation plans
  • Lead complex consulting engagements, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with commercial objectives and deliver measurable value
  • Explore opportunities for Generative AI, intelligent agents and automated decision‑making across a range of business functions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI‑enabled applications, intelligent workflows and data‑driven products
  • Advise clients on the development of modern data ecosystems, including cloud platforms, data products and semantic modelling
  • Oversee the design of AI solutions that integrate effectively with existing technology, operational processes and business teams
  • Establish appropriate frameworks for AI governance, risk management, security and ongoing performance monitoring
  • Work closely with engineering, product and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new technologies
  • Define commercial success measures, track performance and demonstrate the return on investment of transformation initiatives
  • Lead client proposals, develop new business opportunities and contribute to strategic pitches and presentations
  • Support the expansion of the consulting practice through proposition development, market engagement and thought leadership
  • Recruit, mentor and develop talented individuals, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for an experienced Data & AI leader who combines strategic thinking, consulting expertise and a strong understanding of how modern AI can be applied to solve complex business problems.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Significant experience leading Data, Analytics and/or AI transformation programmes
  • Strong experience working in consulting or senior client‑facing environments
  • A proven ability to work with executive and C‑suite stakeholders and act as a trusted strategic advisor
  • Experience taking organisations from AI experimentation through to enterprise adoption
  • Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, intelligent assistants and AI‑enabled automation
  • Experience shaping enterprise AI architectures and understanding how AI agents interact with enterprise systems, data, business processes and people
  • Good understanding of modern cloud data platforms, semantic layers, data products, AI evaluation, security, governance and responsible AI
  • Strong commercial capability, with experience shaping propositions, developing opportunities and leading client engagements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex Data & AI concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Experience building, leading and developing high‑performing teams
  • A genuine interest in emerging Data & AI technologies and their practical application within businesses
  • A track record of contributing to practice development, thought leadership, recruitment and wider market engagement
