Monzo is seeking a Senior Controls Product Manager to lead the Controls Product & Enablement team. You will own the vision for internal risk products, prototype automated workflows, and push AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work while enabling engineers, product managers, and risk leads to move fast and safely.
You will work at the intersection of Product, Risk, Data, and Engineering, delivering real-time risk insights and scalable automation, with two direct reports already in the team.
