Strategic Director of Estates for Multi-Academy Trusts

Morson Group is seeking a Director of Estates to provide strategic and operational estates leadership across the Trust, spanning four secondary and two primary schools. You will ensure buildings and grounds are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and fit to support excellent education.

You will lead the estates strategy, capital programme, health and safety, and statutory compliance, manage budgets, and drive decarbonisation and IT infrastructure contracts, reporting to the CEO, CFO, and Board.
