Principal Highways Engineer: Lead Green Street Design

WSP in Reading is seeking a Principal Engineer focused on pre-design development and detailed design delivery to join our Liveable Places team. The role balances technical design leadership with project management and mentoring across highways, active travel, and public realm schemes.

You will lead technical design, ensure compliance with UK standards such as MfS, DMRB, TSRGD, and work with multidisciplinary teams to create safer, greener streets and inclusive places.
