Senior Corporate Counsel – Remote, Fast Deals and Governance

Greenhouse Software, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel to review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements across the OAG group, ensuring fast turnaround and solid risk management.

You will advise the sales and wider business, maintain corporate filings, and support governance and insurance matters. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance, deliver practical legal guidance, and deputise for the Director of Legal when needed.
