Senior Contracts Manager — Lead £5m+ Construction Projects

Reginald Gray Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee delivery of construction projects valued at £5 million or more, ensuring works are planned, coordinated and delivered to programme.

The role requires strong leadership of site teams, coordination with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and the ability to develop and manage construction programmes while maintaining good stakeholder relationships. Oxford-area commuting should be feasible.
