As an Associate Director, you drive delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programmes for public and private sectors. Responsibilities
- lead on multiple infrastructure projects/programmes across diverse sectors
- set strategy, challenge status quo, and drive delivery excellence
- administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts in a named Project Manager role
- lead health, safety, and wellbeing within your team and projects
- manage stakeholders and build long-term trusted relationships
- mentor and develop junior staff and promote best practices
- foster cross-functional, one-business collaboration with clients and TT
Key requirements
- Significant experience managing infrastructure projects/programmes across lifecycle
- NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager (essential)
- Proven leadership and ability to manage performance against expectations
- Experience with NEC contracts and procurement across multiple sectors
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, challenging environments
