Threat Intelligence Response Analyst

Overview

In this role, you will deliver high-quality threat intelligence outcomes for a portfolio of clients within Recorded Future’s Managed Services. You will join a fast-paced team that defends organizations by turning threat data into actionable guidance. You’ll handle alert triage, contribute to customer engagements, and collaborate with services and product teams to strengthen the offering. This position offers impact across clients worldwide and growth within a leading threat intelligence organization.

Responsibilities

• Triaging alerts for a portfolio of cross-industry clients
• Provide threat insights to customers to enable action and threat mitigation
• Collaborate with Services and Product teams to ensure successful delivery of Recorded Future offerings
• Handle ad-hoc research and investigation requests from Managed Services customers

Key requirements

• Self-starter who works independently yet collaborates well
• Practical experience in threat intelligence, incident response, or security monitoring
• Strong understanding of open source intelligence methods and their use in phishing, credential harvesting, domain monitoring, dark web monitoring, and threat actor profiling
• Working knowledge of security and network fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, email infrastructure, web hosting, malware delivery mechanisms)
• Ability to analyze and communicate actionable intelligence to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions
• CompTIA Security+ certification completed or actively in progress (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Notion, and Zendesk is a plus
