Overview

In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor leading architectures and workstreams in complex enterprise engagements. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to craft scalable Salesforce-based solutions that deliver measurable business value. You’ll guide discovery, design, and delivery while navigating challenges and risks to keep programs on track. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that shapes how customers realize ROI from Salesforce technology and adjacent processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and lead initiatives to grow the consulting practice
  • Guide customers in deploying new technologies to drive business value
  • Communicate clearly across all levels, teach complex concepts, and drive prescriptive thinking
  • Identify risk areas and drive issues to resolution
  • Lead program direction and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable
  • Articulate program strategies and enable technologies including the Salesforce platform
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product teams, and cloud-specific practice groups

Key requirements

  • Experience defining system architecture and delivering comprehensive solutions aligned to business outcomes
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and writing user stories
  • Experience detailing business processes and creating design artifacts (process flows, UML, sequence diagrams)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor material to audiences
  • Rapid learner with ability to grasp new concepts, models, and technologies
  • Resourceful, entrepreneurial problem-solver
  • Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally
  • Alignment to core competencies (leadership, teamwork, etc.)
