Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients across the project lifecycle
  • Set and uphold high performance standards and deliver on stakeholder expectations
  • Champion health, safety, and wellbeing with practical CDM application
  • Anticipate client challenges and design sustainable, innovative solutions
  • Foster inclusive teamwork and cross-functional collaboration within the team and with clients
  • Develop and grow client and industry partnerships
  • Mentor and develop less-experienced staff and promote best practices

Key requirements

  • Experience managing infrastructure projects/programmes across lifecycle
