As an Associate in our expanding infrastructure practice, you help deliver complex programmes that shape critical projects for public and private clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across the South-East region from our London base, mentoring others and driving delivery excellence. You’ll tackle diverse challenges across lifecycle management, planning, and governance, contributing to Turner & Townsend’s mission to turn challenges into opportunity. Responsibilities

  • Manage infrastructure projects/programmes across their lifecycle, applying PM principles to meet client objectives
  • Oversee contract and budget management, financial controls, and schedule management
  • Lead and develop teams, address capability gaps, and operate in challenging environments
  • Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental management (CDM) and prepare/present status reports
  • Create, manage and adjust project/programme plans and coordinate multiple work streams
  • Communicate effectively with senior client representatives and project teams; build long-term client relationships
  • Identify client opportunities and drive cross-service collaboration within the business

Key requirements

  • Substantial experience in infrastructure project/programme management across the lifecycle
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Proven stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across diverse organisations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical abilities to shape complex problems into delivery solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure, drive solutions, and motivate others
  • Planning, communication, and organisational skills with multi-stream coordination
  • Understanding of CDM and its practical application
