Overview
In this London-based role you combine architectural technology with BIM leadership to drive Revit workflows across healthcare, education and science & research schemes. You will act as the go-to BIM expert, mentoring colleagues and shaping standards while overseeing a small selection of projects. A structured handover from the retiring team member supports your transition, with hybrid work enabling two days at home. You’ll contribute to a close-knit practice known for multidisciplinary, well-coordinated projects.

Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality Revit packages for Healthcare, Education and Science & Research schemes
- Lead BIM management for a small number of projects
- Be the main point of contact for Revit/BIM queries, presenting and mentoring colleagues
- Maintain and develop BIM standards and workflows across the office
- Collaborate with wider design team to deliver coordinated, technically robust information
Key requirements
- Architectural Technology degree or similar qualification
- Advanced skills in BIM and Revit
- Demonstrable experience in the UK Architecture industry
- Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and relevant codes
- Confident communicator with presentation and mentoring abilities
