Overview
As a New Business Sales Executive for Liftec Express you will target property managers, facilities managers and main contractors to win lift maintenance contracts across Milton Keynes, Luton and Cambridge. You join a collaborative team behind a fast-growing, independent lift specialist with clear growth ambitions toward 100m turnover by 2035. You’ll own the end-to-end sales cycle, build relationships and deliver long-term contracts that our service team can uphold. The role blends hunting for new business with strong cross-functional support and a clear path to leadership as the team scales.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage your prospect pipeline across the MK, Luton and Cambridge patch
- Engage decision-makers in property management, facilities management, building ownership and main contractors
- Take opportunities from initial contact through to signed contract
- Conduct site visits and consultative meetings with customers
- Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial submissions
- Lead tender submissions and perform full commercial reviews
- Negotiate long-term maintenance agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting
- Coordinate handover to operations after winning business
- Manage a mix of long sales cycles and occasional quicker wins
Key requirements
- Proven track record of winning new B2B lift service & maintenance customers
- Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills
- Consultative, relationship-led selling (SPIN-style approaches)
- Ability to understand customer pain points and build trust over long cycles
- Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience with proposals and tenders
- Good CRM and forecasting discipline
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
