Business Consultant Principal

Overview

In this Lead Business Consultant role, you help clients implement SimCorp Dimension within front-office domains. You will act as a trusted advisor on portfolio management, trading, and related processes, shaping configurations to achieve client outcomes. You’ll work across modules and project streams to standardize implementation approaches and fuel growth opportunities. This is a collaborative, client-focused position at a leading FinTech provider, with a chance to influence how asset managers, banks, and insurers optimize their investments. Responsibilities

• Oversee major parts of SimCorp Dimension implementation projects and anticipate client needs
• Design and configure cross-module solutions to achieve client outcomes
• Advise on improving standard implementation processes and product offerings
• Identify growth opportunities and provide feedback for organizational development
• Participate in sales processes to articulate SimCorp concepts
• Instruct and mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge across regions

Key requirements

• Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, computer science or similar qualification
• Previous experience as Analyst or (Implementation) Consultant for asset managers, asset owners, banks or consulting firms
• Deep knowledge in at least two areas: Portfolio management; Trading and order management; Compliance and regulatory topics; Performance measurement and attribution; Risk management; Solvency II (incl. ORSA); Instrument valuation and analytics
