Overview

In this role you lead strategy and execution for the OpenBlue Workplace Experience portfolio, shaping an AI-native platform to deliver intelligent, data-driven workplace experiences. You will work across product, engineering, UX, data analytics, and commercial teams to align investments with customer needs and measurable business outcomes. You will build and inspire a high-performing team and cultivate a culture of innovation and accountability. This position offers scope to drive portfolio growth, pricing strategy, and go-to-market impact in a dynamic, enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

  • Define long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the OpenBlue Workplace Experience portfolio and associated hardware
  • Lead the transformation to an AI-native platform with proactive, seamless workplace experiences
  • Oversee prioritization, backlog management, and roadmap execution across Product Management and Engineering
  • Lead the Workplace Experience Customer Advisory Board to shape strategy and validate opportunities
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, AI, and Quality to deliver high-impact enhancements
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle and ensure successful releases
  • Build relationships with customers, partners, and commercial teams to understand market trends and challenges
  • Own go-to-market, enablement, pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategies to grow recurring revenue
  • Mentor Product Managers and establish best-in-class practices for scalable growth

Key requirements

  • Significant product management experience with leadership of product teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience managing complex enterprise software portfolios with hardware/digital integrations
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and hands-on collaboration with engineering
  • Experience in corporate real estate, workplace management, and improving occupant experiences
  • Proven track record in building native mobile apps and digital experiences
  • Excellent analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
