Overview
In this role you will maintain and repair mechanical systems across a portfolio of prime commercial properties in Central London. You work hands-on in a mobile capacity, using your van to service and fix AHUs, FCUs, pumps and plumbing, ensuring buildings stay operational. You will diagnose faults, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and collaborate with property teams to deliver reliable service. This is a field-based, impact-driven role with a clear focus on quality and timely problem solving. You’ll join a dedicated London maintenance team that values practical, first-rate workmanship and consistency.

Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems across multiple sites
- Hands-on servicing of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and general plumbing
- Diagnose faults and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime
- Operate primarily in a company van across Central London
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and build strong client relationships
- Coordinate with property teams to maintain building operations
Key requirements
- Formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Solid experience in a commercial maintenance role
- Full UK Driving Licence and ability to navigate London
