NAM Senior Poultry Technical Manager

Overview

In this role you will serve as the senior poultry technical lead for North America, focusing on broiler nutrition and major producers. You will strengthen technical credibility with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate solutions into field-based results. You’ll shape technical strategy, support customer development, and adapt proven approaches to the North American market. The role is home-based in the US with significant regional travel and offers meaningful impact through responsible nutrition and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior poultry technical lead for North America, emphasizing broiler segment and regional producers
• Build trust with customers by leading discussions on nutrition, product application, feeding strategies and outcomes
• Support early/mid-stage commercial processes to open doors and advance opportunities toward trials and adoption
• Design, adapt and follow up on technical trials aligned with North American production realities
• Maintain market visibility through customer visits, technical discussions and industry engagement across North America

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in poultry nutrition with deep North American broiler expertise
• Strong technical background in animal nutrition including formulation and nutritional strategy
• Senior-level experience in technical roles supporting poultry production or customer-facing leadership
• Solid understanding of the US poultry industry, producers, and market realities
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage diverse stakeholders
