In this role you join a small, ambitious structural practice as a pivotal sixth employee. You will lead own projects, manage clients, and mentor junior staff within a fast-growing studio. Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver own projects from concept to completion
- Manage client relationships and project communications
- Mentor and support junior staff and graduates
- Collaborate with architects on architecturally led schemes
- Take ownership of diverse, variable workloads and problem solving
- Contribute to business growth and firm development
Key requirements
- several years of buildings design experience
- excellent communication skills
- desire to develop towards Chartership
- autonomy and ability to take responsibility for projects
- Revit experience advantageous
- eligible to live and work in the UK
