Overview
In this role you will advise on high‑value, strategically important energy and real estate transactions within a leading EET practice. You will collaborate with partners and cross‑functional teams to support renewables, decarbonisation and energy infrastructure projects. You’ll help clients navigate land rights, consenting, and financing aspects across large schemes, contributing to the firm’s growth in the decarbonised energy transition. The opportunity combines complex advisory work with a supportive, collaborative culture and exposure to high‑profile deals.

Responsibilities
- Advise on high‑value energy/real estate transactions and projects
- Manage land rights, consenting and regulatory aspects (CPO/DCO led) for large schemes
- Support financings, acquisitions, and development of renewables and energy infrastructure
- Collaborate with construction, planning, funds and finance teams on integrated deals
- Engage with clients, investors and developers across cross‑functional teams
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Key requirements
- Experience in a well‑regarded Real Estate practice with energy or utilities projects
- Senior Associate or Associate Director level
- Track record on large-scale transactions and development/financing deals
