In this role, you lead delivery of complex infrastructure projects for utilities, guiding multi-disciplinary teams from London across the South-East. You’ll oversee delivery against client objectives, manage contracts and risk, and mentor junior colleagues to build the next generation of project managers. Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure projects and programmes across the lifecycle, aligning with client objectives and contractual requirements
  • Manage contracts, financials, and project controls to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Provide leadership to project teams, including mentoring and developing staff
  • Manage health, safety, quality and environmental requirements across projects
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients and partner organisations
  • Solve complex problems with analytical and numerical rigour to deliver workable delivery solutions
  • Plan, communicate and organise multiple work streams and escalate risks as needed
  • Lead and develop project teams on large programmes
  • Foster a creative, growth-oriented mindset in the team
