Overview
In this role you will support UK infrastructure projects as a Cost Manager/Cost Consultant. You will partner with clients and Turner & Townsend teams to monitor costs, forecast budgets, and manage contract cash flow. You will drive governance, change control, and value engineering to keep projects within targets. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver accurate reporting, final accounts, and commercial insights that enable successful program delivery. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
- Administer contracts aligned with project objectives
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
- Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow and ensure timely applications
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams on KPIs, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering
- Manage contract change to stay within governance and best practices
- Improve forecast and budget accuracy
- Provide commercial support to stakeholders and negotiate final accounts
- Lead people and commissions as needed
