Overview
In this role you will lead cross-functional supply chain transformations within Accenture’s UKI Value Chain practice, shaping end-to-end operating models and GBS strategies. You will blend analytical problem solving, stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership to turn insights into action across strategy, process, data and technology. You’ll work on large-scale value-chain programs, leveraging AI-enabled platforms and ecosystem partnerships to drive measurable outcomes. This is a chance to influence how clients design resilient, sustainable value chains at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements or workstreams, owning scope, quality, timelines, team performance and client outcomes
- Structure End-to-End diagnostics and develop evidence-based value cases for operating model and GBS transformation, quantifying benefits
- Lead workshops and interviews with CPO, CSCO, GBS and operations stakeholders to derive decisions and actionable recommendations
- Design End-to-End target operating models and GBS strategies, defining service scope, governance, locations, sourcing and transformation roadmaps
- Translate AI and digital platform potential into practical designs, working with Kinaxis, o9, Coupa, Ariba, Celonis and SAP
- Support account development and commercial pursuits by shaping proposals and client presentations
- Coach junior colleagues and strengthen the Value Chain community through thought leadership and knowledge sharing
Key requirements
- 7-10 years in supply chain, procurement, operations or GBS consulting or related roles
- Functional depth in integrated planning/S&OP-IBP, procurement strategy, logistics, manufacturing operations, resilience or GBS/shared services
- Experience leading End-to-End assessments, operating model and GBS strategy/design, transformation roadmaps, value case development
- Practical experience with AI capabilities and familiarity with planning, procurement, ERP, analytics or process-mining platforms
- Industry experience in Industrials, Consumer Goods & Retail, Chemicals, Energy or Life Sciences
- Understanding of supplier decarbonisation, circularity, multi-tier traceability and supply chain regulation
- Strong storytelling and facilitation; board-ready narratives
- A relevant degree is required; MBA, APICS or CIPS qualifications are advantageous
