Overview
As a Digital Consultant, you will translate industry problems into data-driven digital solutions for complex construction projects. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive tangible improvements in project delivery. You’ll contribute to Laminar’s data-centric services and product initiatives, shaping how clients design and manage capital projects. This role offers meaningful impact through digitisation and a people-first culture.

Responsibilities
- Solve clients’ complex business problems with data-driven solutions tailored to their processes
- Lead junior team members to deliver data solutions and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Develop Laminar internal data solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Productise client solutions to work across different clients
- Refine and introduce new processes to improve delivery quality
Key requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering/construction of large capital projects (>USD 100m)
- 2+ years driving data and digital solutions implementation across an organisation or large project
- Strong communication skills for clear, concise explanations to varied audiences
- Passion for digital transformation and learning new tools and processes across project lifecycle
- Analytical mindset with ability to structure ambiguity
