In this Associate Director role you drive delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programmes, leading multi-disciplinary teams and shaping strategy alongside client partners. Responsibilities
- Lead multiple disciplines/teams/advisors on infrastructure projects across the lifecycle
- Set and monitor performance standards, optimising resources to meet stakeholders’ expectations
- Ensure health, safety and wellbeing within your scope, applying CDM principles
- Anticipate client challenges and craft sustainable, innovative solutions
- Foster inclusive teamwork and cross-functional collaboration within TT and with clients
- Build and nurture client and industry partnerships; grow long-term trusted relationships
- Coach, mentor and develop colleagues, promoting best practices and continuous learning
- Influence and translate TT’s purpose and vision into tangible impact across projects
Key requirements
- Significant experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and clients on infrastructure programmes
- Proven ability to challenge, set strategy and deliver results
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or challenging environments
- Practical CDM understanding and application across teams
- Capacity to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
