Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end project controls for large and mega infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within time, cost and quality targets. You will work across multi-disciplinary teams to monitor performance, apply KPI-driven improvements, and guide senior stakeholders. You will manage multiple project controls functions and contribute to the PMO centre of excellence. This is an opportunity to shape delivery on high-profile projects and help clients achieve their objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project controls delivery for large/mega projects
- Monitor performance using KPIs to drive improvements
- Lead multiple project controls functions: risk, schedule, cost, scope and change
- Influence senior stakeholders to improve project performance
- Interface with client teams to meet objectives, time/cost targets and quality standards
- Support development and implementation of PMO project controls services
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time and within budget
- Align project controls work with client objectives and appointment terms
Key requirements
- Relevant technical degree and management qualifications (undetermined)
- Experience in project control roles for development and/or delivery of construction projects
- Experience in planning & scheduling, cost management
- Experience in risk management, change control, information management and reporting within complex projects
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of specialists
