Responsibilities

  • lead delivery across lifecycle for high-value infrastructure projects and programmes
  • manage multiple disciplines, teams, advisors and clients; set and challenge strategy
  • ensure health, safety and wellbeing within your sphere; apply CDM practices; act as duty holder when needed
  • shape future business direction, drive innovation and sustainability
  • promote inclusive teamwork; foster cross-functional collaboration inside and outside the firm
  • coach, mentor and develop people; build a pipeline of future leaders; enable succession planning
  • build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients; manage stakeholder expectations
  • identify future client needs and align strategies to address them

Key requirements

  • experience managing high-value, complex infrastructure projects across multiple sectors
  • ability to challenge and set strategy; proven leadership; performance management
  • strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse personalities
  • experience with procurement, contracts (NEC or similar), and regulated environments
  • experience in consultancy or client-side project management; familiarity with public sector bodies and sustainability
