Overview

As a Document Controller within WSP’s PMCM division, you help safeguard project information for major infrastructure programmes across the UK. You will work with project managers, design teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant document control aligned with client and internal standards. You’ll support delivery across transport, highways, water, energy, defence and sustainability projects in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. This role offers exposure to diverse projects and a path to develop your expertise within a national Programme Solutions community.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement project document control procedures and processes
  • Issue drawings and documents per project requirements and governance
  • Receive, download, file and maintain electronic drawings and documents in project systems
  • Maintain accurate document registers and project records
  • Coordinate delivery submissions with project management and design teams
  • Distribute documentation to stakeholders and ensure timely communication
  • Support users of document management systems and provide training where needed
  • Promote good information management practices across project teams
