Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead infrastructure projects and programmes, applying NEC3/NEC4 contracts to deliver client objectives. You will mentor and develop teams while coordinating with client and partner organisations across London and the South-East. The role focuses on delivering complex infrastructure across various sectors, under a hybrid working pattern. You will drive governance, risk, and performance to ensure successful outcomes that support our clients and mission.

Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure and programme delivery across lifecycle
- Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts on named projects
- Provide leadership and build high-performing teams
- Manage financials, project controls, and governance
- Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental management
- Develop stakeholder relationships and act as trusted advisor
- Plan communications and manage multiple work streams
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to capability development
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams across regions
Key requirements
- Significant experience in infrastructure project or programme management
- NEC3/NEC4 accreditation and active engagement as Project Manager on relevant projects
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and people development skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Strong problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work under pressure, motivate others and deliver solutions
- Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills
- Experience with procurement and NEC contracts is a plus
