Technical Digital Lead

Overview

In this role you lead the digital transformation within Product Support, guiding the future digital ecosystem and governance. You will align digital outputs with customer needs, collaborate with US and UK teams, and drive data exploitation initiatives. You’ll oversee technical delivery, ensure quality and compliance, and shape cross-functional digital capabilities that transform Product Support. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on delivering measurable impact within Boeing’s standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight of all digital outputs within Product Support
• Collaborate with US teams to deliver the new Product Support digital ecosystem
• Lead data exploitation activities at leadership level
• Ensure digital outputs meet customer needs and support broader Product Support
• Coordinate with IT, DSA, and internal areas for governance and delivery
• Oversee development of technical objectives, plans, schedules, and integration
• Support cost estimation across digital projects and R&D
• Identify process improvements and input into technical data and procedures
• Prepare presentations, status reviews, and programme reporting
• Monitor programme execution for quality, timeliness, and compliance
• Assess product support impact of changes via engineering and programme change proposals
• Ensure delivery aligns with contract requirements and regulatory standards
• Promote cross-team collaboration and leadership aligned with Boeing behaviours
• Support integration of Product Support pillars across the digital programme

Key requirements
