Technical Product Manager SaaS

Overview

In this Technical Product Manager role, you drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of Platform services within a global SaaS transformation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance user needs, technical feasibility and cost, delivering measurable business value for insurance clients. You’ll mentor teams, define metrics and lead go-to-market and adoption efforts. This role offers hybrid work, exposure to a broad product portfolio and meaningful impact on authentication and authorization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for one or more Platform services
• Manage product backlog, sprint goals and delivery priorities
• Collaborate with engineering to shape solution design and technical decisions
• Drive release management and go-to-market adoption plans
• Define product metrics, track ROI and validate with test-and-learn approaches
• Communicate strategy and progress across stakeholders; champion Platform
• Mentor and coach product colleagues to foster technical excellence
• Balance user needs with technical feasibility, cost and long-term platform strategy

Key requirements

• Experienced Product Manager with strong technical background in software development
• Proven track record in outcome-focused product management for Public Cloud and SaaS
• Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across varying seniority
• Experience solving multiple complex problems with cross-functional teams
• Nice-to-have: experience with authentication and authorization technology
