Overview

As General Manager, UK & Ireland, you will own the strategy, revenue and team for the region, partnering with international leadership to grow presence in the UK and Ireland. You will build leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing and revenue operations. This role offers the chance to shape Clio’s regional growth, influence how legal professionals adopt AI-enabled solutions, and lead a high-impact, fast-moving business. You will represent Clio to clients, industry bodies and partners while advancing a culture of safety, transparency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Set regional strategy and own revenue targets for UK & Ireland
  • Define market segments, practice areas, and routes to market
  • Collaborate with revenue operations on plans, incentives and execution
  • Directly manage and develop the UKI sales team; recruit leadership talent
  • Foster teamwork, psychological safety and AI-curiosity across the organization
  • Build cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, marketing, customer success and operations
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and experiments to generate qualified leads
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and regulatory changes in legal tech
  • Represent Clio at events and build relationships with partners and law schools
  • Drive Clio’s presence in the UK and Ireland through credible leadership

Key requirements

  • 8+ years in revenue leadership, with 5+ years leading second-line managers
  • Proven track record of owning regional P&L or comparable revenue mandate
  • Experience scaling a B2B SaaS sales organization
  • Deep fluency in UK & Ireland markets and buying dynamics
  • Credibility with professional-services audiences; legal or legaltech experience preferred
  • Strong commercial instincts across pipeline, forecasting, segmentation, pricing and headcount planning
  • Experience working with revenue operations and cross-functional alignment
  • Public-facing leadership presence at conferences, webinars, and partner events
