Senior Cost Manager – Water/Utilities

Overview

In this role you drive cost accuracy and governance for UK infrastructure projects within Turner & Townsend. You’ll collaborate with client and internal teams to monitor costs, forecast outcomes, and manage contract changes to keep programmes on track. You’ll contribute to value engineering and KPI delivery while ensuring sound commercial support across stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with clients and project teams
• Administer contracts per project objectives and policies
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget
• Monitor cost variances and cash flow; ensure timely applications
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs and value engineering
• Manage contract change ensuring governance and best practice
• Improve forecast and budget accuracy
• Provide commercial support to stakeholders; negotiate final accounts
• Commission management as needed
