Overview
In this role you will serve as a Senior Cost Manager within the UK Infrastructure practice, guiding cost control and commercial governance across projects. You will work closely with clients and Turner & Townsend teams to monitor costs, manage variances, and support procurement and value engineering efforts. The position emphasizes collaboration, accurate forecasting, and timely final accounts to enable successful project delivery. Responsibilities
- Establish professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget
- Monitor cost variance and cash flow; ensure timely applications
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams on KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering
- Manage contract change within governance and best practices
- Improve forecast and budget accuracy
- Provide commercial support to stakeholders
- Negotiate and agree final accounts
- Commission management as needed
